​In 2016, the World Economic Forum's 'Future of Jobs' report highlighted that Complex Problem Solving would become the most critical skill for managers by 2020. As we navigate a post-pandemic landscape, it is clear the importance of this skill has only intensified. The ability to swiftly adapt to, and resolve, any challenge with confidence is now essential to any organisation hoping to prosper in the years ahead. 


Below are our current talks, each lasting around 1 hour, and designed to set the scene for a series of workshops that follow. Each workshop lasts for a morning or afternoon, so we are more than happy to run two workshops back-to-back.
